Dear Visitors of the School,
In accordance with DES and HSE guidelines, all visitors (including parents/guardians) are required to complete a "Contact Tracing Log". All meetings must be prearranged and also deemed essential by the Principal. This form may be completed before your visit and must be completed before entering reception.
